I'm on the run a lot and I eat fast food from time to time. May not be the healthiest choice but hey it's good and it does the trick when I need something quick!

I've noticed that a lot of fast food restaurants are coming out with more & more great promotions like: value deals, fast food discounts and "free fast food meal offers". This comes in handy especially in this down economy. Let's see... there's McDonalds, Wendys and Taco Bell just to name a few of my favorites.
